Pricing

We begin with a fee-based Assessment Phase where we meet your team and analyze your business. Fifty percent (50%) of the Assessment Fee is non-refundable, with the balance due only if we jointly agree to move forward with the Execution Phase.

We charge a modest monthly retainer for the Execution Phase to be applied toward the Incentive Award, which is based on a percentage of the profit improvement. Our goal is 100% client satisfaction and our value proposition reflects the confidence we have in delivering results.
